ABOUT FLORIDA ADVENTURES
I'm Kelley. Naples is my base, but I try to explore every corner of Florida whenever I can.I've been chasing adventures most of my life. From trails off the beaten path to diving with Great White Sharks in South Africa, Via Ferrata in Quebec, paragliding in Hawaii, and most recently jumping off a cliff in Moab. My friends and family think I'm crazy most of the time, and they're always asking how I find the things I do.
But my Florida adventures have always held a special place for me. I'm constantly surprised by how many fun, crazy, and exciting things there are to do here. Cave dives. Night kayaks. Jet ski rides next to dolphins. Horseback riding on the beach. This state has adventures that most people drive right past without ever knowing they exist, and I'm making it my mission to find them, do them, and bring back the stories.
I created Adventures FL to share all of it. The hidden trails, the unforgettable experiences, the tours run by people who genuinely love what they do, and the moments that are hard to imagine until you've experienced it yourself. And because adventure doesn't stop when the activity does, I'll also share the things I love along the way. A botanical garden worth the detour. A hotel that makes the trip. The restaurant with the best vegan paella you've never heard of, because I'm always on the lookout for plant-based options.
Not every adventure here is going to be for everyone, and if it is not your cup of tea, don't worry about it. Some of my favorites are the ones where I can't sleep the night before because I'm too nervous, or excited. But plenty of what I share is just about stepping off the path everyone else is on. You don't need a daredevil streak. You just need to be a little curious.
Either way, you'll come home with stories.
